Night views in Marmaris=>

As usual, lucky I got a habit to write down the trip that I've been, so now what I need is just cut n paste over here, easy my work=> Lagi tak payah scratch my head to recall all the small detail yah=> Well, let's the journey to Pammukale begin!!!=>

Hey,

Sorry for so long never write to u=> Boss just left on Thursday, then we got a tour to a unique place call Pamukkale on Saturday, that's why only write to u today. Let me tell u little bit about Turkey=>

As per the tour guild Sam explain to us during the journey. The population in Turkey consists of 73 millions Turkish. Just by Istanbul already consist of 13 millions populations, then follow by a place called Angkara with 5 millions populations. The weather here is hot and humid, even hotter than in Malaysia, around 45'Celsius yesterday. I heard 3 weeks ago the weather is even hotter, around 55'Celsius. Jesus!!!=<

All the handsome are here!!!=> Left the lady purser 老女人 still sleeping inside the bus after yesterday dinner... 明知我們要去旅行, 還喝得天昏地暗, 差點讓大家遲到, hiazzzz...

The breakfast we have is the Turkish style which consist of selection of olives, cheese, boiled eggs and baguette with butter and honey + coffee and tea. Luckily our chef had cook for us noodles to eat before we go=> The lunch is a set lunch consist of a mix green salad, Lentil soup, chicken meat balls (doesn't taste like chicken yet the size just like "guli", so small, around 8 to 10 pieces, ha ha) with mash potatoes as a main course, watermelon as a dessert.

Before we reach the Pamukkale, we are coming to a carpet shop or school, they demonstration all kind of carpets to us, such as Cotton, wool and silk. They also show us how they handmade the carpets. Some carpets even need few months to made and the price of a carpet is depend on the materials and the time they made. Ie, same size of carpets with same material but with huge different price as one maybe completed by 4 months and the others by 10 months. There is one nice silk on silk carpet cost eight times the normal carpet as they took 7 years to complete the carpet. The price of a carpet can cost up to Euro 2500 per piece.

The making of hand-made carpet=>

See how he extract the Silk!!! Amazing!!!

Demostration & display of all kind of carpets=>

View be4 we reach Pamukkale=>

We reach Pamukkale around 1pm, down there they are few place to visit such as ancient city Hierapolis, the cliff and the antique pool. We only got 2hours free time to walk around there. So, the tour guild advise us to took a swim in a huge stalactites and mineral baths in the antique pool. It cost Euro10 just to swim inside the pool. According to him, last time the Romans came here just to take a bath as the water here got healing effects. It can cures lots of symptoms like skin diseases, obesity, blood pressure and etc as the water contains lots of minerals and the water is warm. According to the tour guild Sam, the pool will be close by this October as they want to preserve the white cascade.

The water is warm n tasteless de=> Shiok!!! Hey, guys, start to scrub ur body, disease free, ha ha...

As per Sam, that's water fall at the pool. For me, that one looks more closely like "longkang", ha ha...

After that, we are going to the cliff. We can't wear shoe walking across the cascade as will destroy the cascades. we can see the water is in white in colour as the spring water coming out from the ground, it consists of calcium and CO2, the CO2 will evaporated when the water disposed to the surface and only left the calcium sink on the ground and coz the ground white in colour and slippery condition, must walk carefully.

Can u see it, the thing look like "Longkang" actually got ppl swin on it, wa pian......

Did u see the white & red stripe lines??? It's actually prevent the tourist go beyond the lines as it's very slipperly and slant. So, be careful yah while u going there hor=>

Here come the main Calcium Terrace, nice yah=> One of my new lady fren claim that very Romantic, do u agree with her???=>

Views on top the mountain=>

It's actually very beautiful and unique, we have no time to visit the ancient city of Hierapolis. If u have an opportunity to come to Turkey, make sure you have come to this place. It's worthwhile to enjoy the great view of mother nature here.
That's end of my journey to Pamukkale, chat to u again nextime, ciao.

Always,
Kim Wah Teo
